Property Location: From Plankinton, SD…10.5 miles north on 386th Ave, 2 miles west on 242nd Ave (you will need to open the wire gate), then ½ mile north on 384th Ave (section line). Signs designate the property and the property is accessed by wire gate next to the property signs. Legal Description:  Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), Section Twenty-One (21), Township One Hundred Five (105) North, Range Sixty-Four (64), West of the 5th P.M., Aurora County, South Dakota. (160 ac +/-). This property is a wide-open landscape of South Dakota prairie. The vast majority of the property is native grass pasture.  A portion near the north end has been put up for hay in the past with the remainder being used for livestock grazing.  Along the north end are 11 acres of farm ground that would make a terrific food plot for wildlife. This area could be expanded for additional tillable acres in the north half of the quarter particularly, and selected areas in the south half could be developed into cultivated areas also. A creek, “Donegans Draw”, meanders through the center of the property and has several small water holes. Access to the property is by section line on the west and north boundaries.
