This parcel consists of 160 +/- acres of native grass that has been put up for hay the last several seasons.  The property is gently rolling and includes an older shelterbelt of trees situated along much of the northern boundary.  At present, the dam located in the southwest portion of the property is washed out and will need to be repaired.  Fencing consists of sections of 2-wire electric fence and barb wire.
