Contract & Escrow: A 15% non-refundable earnest money deposit along with a signed purchase agreement will be required the day of the auction.  The balance of the purchase price will be due in full, certified funds at closing on or before December 4th, 2024, at Titles of Dakota, Chamberlain, SD.  Deposit to be held in trust account of Titles of Dakota.

Real Estate Taxes: The Seller will pay 2023 R.E. Taxes due and payable in 2024.  Buyer will receive a credit at closing for the 2024 R.E. Taxes due and payable in 2025-based on the most current county information.  Buyer is responsible for subsequent R.E. Taxes.
